Devices like the Hapifork can help regulate the speed/timing of eating, but not the composition of food.
Smartphone apps can roughly estimate the carb:fat:protein content of an identified dish, but cannot actually measure chemical composition.
While a spoon/fork might have sensors to detect specific pollutants/chemicals (e.g. gluten), does the technology exist (or feasible in even 2-3 years??) to "...analyzing the composition of processed foods"? I think the main strength in this idea is the detection of allergens (a real need!), and not the dream of analyzing composition of a food.
