One of the disadvantages employees may see in working remotely from home is in the fact that there is no feel of being at work. You are siting on your private office room, or in your living room and working remotely.

The idea is to create a Remote Work Kit which contains items and objects to help the worker design his remote office in their employing company branding. Having the company's logos on the home office environment shall create an official office styling. 

Beside the look-and-feel of the remote company office, the worker shall be able to create boundaries - "in this desk, I'm working", "dad is now at work", "do not disturb mam, she's at her work office now".
