It is something retailers often do already, by observing customers in a real supermarket (with authorisations from customers of course)

Wht will it change to do it in a virtual supermarket ? Do you think of Oculus/VR technology ?

This is an original idea, but what is the benefit for the retailer? Would virtual testings be handled more easily? Could they give birth to A/B testing in virtual shops?
